At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging with all assembly hardware and manuals included to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
